After placing an order with GYMTECHELITE, it will take 1-2 days for your order to be processed, followed by a delivery timeframe of 2-7 days. Please keep in mind, with the current climate that we are in, there may be unexpected delays. Please contact our customer service department to get an expected time of arrival for your product. 

As our catalog increases, we work with vendors and manufacturers all over the country. Depending on your product of interest, we store and deliver them in a specific location. All warehouse and fulfillment centers are located within the United States and we deliver to all states. (Please contact us if you are inquiring from Hawaii or Alaska).

We operate 9AM-5:30PM CT(Central Time), Monday - Saturday. Please advise that we operate on the weekends as well but with a limited staff! Please feel free to message or email us in and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

Once your product ships, you will receive an email from GYMTECHELITE with a link that shows your tracking information. If you have not received an email notification with tracking information, please contact us. Note that it normally takes 1-2 days after your order is placed for your product to shipped. 

You will receive tracking information when your product ships and also a phone call from the freight service notifying you of the delivery. This phone call is usually a day or two prior to it being delivered to your home (Please note that different products have different lead times so please inquire within).

We solely base our company off of USA manufacturers! This way we ensure that your products get to your door as soon as possible, while supporting those who live in our country!
